Lets all say a big thank you to Chunky for being the cornerstone of our clubs scrum, website and bar for many a year, we all wish him a restful season off. I'm sure he will not be asked to lace his boots again until at least the end of august.

I will be easing his workload by keeping you all up todate on these pages from now on, letting you know whats going on and publishing our success for all the world to see.

Over the summer Kingsmead has seen the green and white jersey's of our youth teams playing touch on Wednesday nights and a hardcore of seniors turning out on Tuesday and Wednesday nights to try and keep the fitness levels from dropping before pre-season.

On that note, Pre Season starts properly next week on Tuesday night (4th July), I will post all meet times and details shortly. See you there.

There are already events booked at the club starting this weekend with Ben Kidby's 21st Birthday party, it starts at 7:30pm on Saturday and all members are welcome. I know he is looking forward to sharing the night with all his friends and team mates, lets make it a night to remember. Its just one of many events that have already been booked in for the season ahead, keep an eye on the events page for details.
