Pre Season Training - Rob Hawkins
Pre season training starts on Tuesday 8th of July, ready to start at
7.30pm sharp.
Please endeavour to get yourselves to a decent level of fitness between now and then, so that we can concentrate on skills rather than fitness. This year we will incorporate different pre season sessions, which will require trainers as well as boots. Please come prepared.
We intend to hit the ground running, with another tough season ahead of us.
We will be taking a squad away with us for a warm up game and overnight stay on the weekend of August 23rd & 24th. If you have aspirations of playing in the first team this season, please make yourselves available.
Please keep your eye on HWRUFC.com as it will be regularly updated with important information on future events throughout the season.
We would like to welcome Sarah Stubbs on board as first team manager, who we are sure will do an excellent job.
We are very much looking forward to the season, and with the commitment of all the players, from the 1st team through to the Vets, we feel that with a lot of hard work and teamwork, we can make this season our best for some years.
See you on the 8th.
